Beatrix Potter Easter Ballet Camp!
“What heaven can be more real than to retain the spirit-world of childhood?”
― Beatrix Potter
Join Peter and friends in the cabbage patch this Easter Holiday!
We are SO excited to announce the next Dance Camp, based on the much loved Tales of Beatrix Potter!
Inspired by the Fredrick Ashton ballet, we will dive into the classic stories of Peter Rabbit, Jemima Puddle-Duck, Mrs Tiggy Winkle and so many other beloved characters.
A seasonal show, set to the original score by John Lynchbery, our dancers will bring these tales to life across 3 days of fun and creativity. On the final day, we’ll put on our own production of The Tales of Beatrix Potter, in full costume, for an audience of friends and family. The perfect way to spend the Easter Holidays!
This spectacular opportunity is open to all of our students from Primary level upwards, and the performance will be open to family and friends.
It's the perfect way to dive into the half term, with creativity, movement, and imagination leading the way!
To top it all off, we'll celebrate with a performance (in costume!) at the end of the final day.
Sign up for 1, 2 or 3 days - there's plenty of magic to be found!
Early drop-off and late pick-up are available upon request.
Beatrix Potter's tales are beloved stories that have captured the hearts of audiences around the world. Here's a clip from Royal Ballet's ad for their version of the ballet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jWhj59Bb0E
