The Little Mermaid
Dive Into a Magical Underwater Adventure this October Half Term!
Over the course of three fun-filled days, dancers will explore original ballet choreography, alongside jazz, contemporary, and even some singing, as we tell this captivating story through dance.
It's the perfect way to dive into the half term, with creativity, movement, and imagination leading the way!
To top it all off, we'll celebrate with a performance (in costume!) at the end of the final day.

Dates: Monday 28th, Wednesday 30th, Thursday 31st October
Time: 10:00 - 3:00 daily
Venue: St Cuthbert’s Church Hall 214 Carlton Avenue West, HA0 3QY.
Price: £139 for all three days.

Learn New Ballet Steps!
Every dancer who joins The Little Mermaid this October will be learning new, age appropriate, dance steps, advancing their knowledge of ballet and trying their hand at exciting new moves!
Try Different Dance Styles!
We'll be adding different dance styles to the choreography of the ballet, telling the story in the best way possible. Dancers will get to try Acro, Street Dance, and Contemporary as part of this original Ballet Performance
Make Friends!
Our Dance Company members are fantastic at welcoming everyone who joins in. The young dancers form fast and strong friendships as they create memories that last a lifetime.
Perform!
As always, we have a small performance on the final day for family and friends. It gives the Half-term camp an exciting finish, and each of the dancers leave with a sense of achievement as they proudly show what they have accomplished.

Each half term we create a new world full of music, glitter, tutus and tiaras for our young dancers to gain confidence and express themselves. Of course, by spending the half term dancing, each child is also given the opportunity to become more physically engaged, develop their co-ordination, spatial awareness, social interactions, and creativity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
*Every participant will get to learn and dance in at least one part in the ballet
*Every participant will learn contemporary dance as well as ballet
*The group will be organised by age so each dancer will work at a level that is right for them
*On the final day you are invited to come and watch for the final 30 minutes for a special sneak preview of The Ballet
*Early drop off and late pick up can be arranged

Please bring along a healthy packed lunch, plus a water bottle. We have a strict no-nuts policy.
